Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 small stalk celery

Bring to a boil & pour over shredded vegetables:

  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Serve immediately or seal in tightly closed containers & serve anytime.
  2. Make sure container is well sealed each time you remove some of the salad.
