Butterscotch Pumpkin Pudding Recipe

- 1 pkg regular butterscotch pudding mix
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1½ cup milk
- ½ tsp gr cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- Whipped cream or topping & dash of nutmeg
- Combine pudding mix, sugar & spices.
- Add milk, bring to a boil in saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, add pumpkin & mix thoroughly.
- Chill, placing plastic wrap or waxed paper on surface of pudding.
- Serve pudding with topping or whipped cream & sprinkling of nutmeg.
Makes 4 servings.
