Butterscotch Pie Recipe

Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg white
  • 2 teaspoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar & salt
  2. Add beaten egg, yolks, milk
  3. Cook in double boiler until thick
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Pour into baked shell
  6. Top with egg white
