Butterscotch Cookies Recipe
Butterscotch Cookies
Ingredients
- __ lb butter
- 1 egg white beaten
- c. brown sugar, packed firmly
- c. flour, may be a little more
Instructions
- Mash butter until creamy
- Add sugar, then egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Drop on cookie sheet in small amounts
- Bake in med oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes
