Butterscotch Cookies Recipe

Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

  • __ lb butter
  • 1 egg white beaten
  • c. brown sugar, packed firmly
  • c. flour, may be a little more

Instructions

  1. Mash butter until creamy
  2. Add sugar, then egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla
  3. Drop on cookie sheet in small amounts
  4. Bake in med oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes
