Butter Drop Cookies Recipe

- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups sifted flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (4 ounces) Baker's Premium Shred Coconut
- Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
- Blend in egg and vanilla
- Stir in rest of other ingredients
- Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets
- Bake in hot over (400 degrees) for 8 to 10 minutes
