Buffet Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 strips bacon, crispy and crumbled
  • 4 eggs, hard cooked
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 quarts salad greens

Instructions

  1. Tear salad greens into bit size pieces and place in large bowl
  2. In small bowl place the bacon and eggs
  3. Add seasonings in the order listed
  4. Toss lightly with salad greens
