
Buffet Green Salad
Ingredients
- 8 strips bacon, crispy and crumbled
- 4 eggs, hard cooked
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 quarts salad greens
Instructions
- Tear salad greens into bit size pieces and place in large bowl
- In small bowl place the bacon and eggs
- Add seasonings in the order listed
- Toss lightly with salad greens
