Brussels Sprouts With Mustard Seed Recipe

- 2½ lbs. small fresh brussels sprouts, trimmed, and cross cut in each base
- ¼ cup (½ stick) butter
- 2 tbls. white mustard seed or 1 tbls. white and 1 tbls. brown mustard seed *
- ¼ cup coarse-grained French mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Cook brussels sprouts in large saucepan of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain.
- Before serving, stir butter and mustard seed in heavy large skillet over medium heat until butter browns.
