Brownie Drop Cookies Recipe

- 2 bars Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
- 1 T Butter
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup unsifted flour
- ¼ t baking powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t salt
- ½ t vanilla
- ¾ cup chopped nuts
- Melt chocolate & butter over hot water.
- Beat eggs until foamy then add sugar 2 T at a time, beat until thickened (5 min. mixer).
- Blend in chocolate.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt & cinnamon, blend.
- Stir in vanilla & nuts.
- Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 until cookies feel "set" when touched 8 to 10 min.
