Broccoli Casserole Recipe

- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
- 2 eggs, [slightly] beaten
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup buttery cracker crumbs
- In 1½ qt. casserole stir undiluted soup, mayonnaise, eggs, & onion until well blended.
- Stir in broccoli & cheese.
- Bake in preheated 400° oven 20 min. or until lightly browned & bubbly.
- Makes 6 servings.
