Bread Pudding Meringue Recipe

- ½ cup or ½ 7 oz. box Rockwood's Chocoalte BITS
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Cover top of pudding with Rockwood's Chocolate BITs
- Beat egg whites until stiff and beat in sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Heap in peaks on pudding, having meringue touch the sides of the baking dish.
- Bake until delicately brown.
Bake at: 300°F.
Time: 10-15 Minutes
