Black Bottom Cupcakes Recipe

1½ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
½ tsp salt
5 tbs. cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1 cup water
1 tbs cider vinegar
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
⅓ cup sugar
1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
chopped nuts (optional)
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda & salt. Add water, cooking oil, cider vinegar & vanilla, stirring until smooth. Fill 18 cupcake [holders] half full. Stir together filling ingredients in order [quick]. Top each cupcake with 1 tablespoon filling & sprinkle with nuts [as] desired. Bake in 350° for 25 minutes. Black Bottom Cupcakes
