Bavarian Cream


  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1½ cup liquid pineapple juice + H20 to - 1½ cups liquid
  • 1 __ gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup cold H20
  • few grains salt
  • 2 __ lemon juice
  • ½ to 1 cup cream whipped
  • 1 cup shredded pineapple


  1. Add boiling liq. to dissolved gelatin sugar & salt.
  2. Stir until dissolved & pour ____ [on].
  3. When it begins to harden beat in pineapple & fold in cream.
