Banana Sour Cream Loaf

Banana Sour Cream Loaf

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oleo
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup bananas, mashed
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup nuts, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cream the sugar and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs and bananas and beat well
- Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
- Add alternatively to the creamed mixture with the sour cream
- Stir in the nuts
- Grease bottom of 2 - 9" x 5" pans
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes
