Banana Sour Cream Loaf

Banana Sour Cream Loaf

Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oleo
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup bananas, mashed
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cream the sugar and sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Add the eggs and bananas and beat well
  3. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  4. Add alternatively to the creamed mixture with the sour cream
  5. Stir in the nuts
  6. Grease bottom of 2 - 9" x 5" pans
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes
