Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or lard
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter
- Add eggs
- Add half the flour and half the milk
- Add bananas
- Mix well
- Add remainder of the flour and milk
- Bake on
