  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or lard
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Cream sugar and butter
  2. Add eggs
  3. Add half the flour and half the milk
  4. Add bananas
  5. Mix well
  6. Add remainder of the flour and milk
  7. Bake on
