Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 2 2/3 cups hot milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar
  2. Add salt
  3. Add hot milk
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Pour into custard cups and set in pan of hot water
  6. Bake in a slow oven (300 - 325 degrees)
