Baked Caramel Apples
- 4 apples, cored
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup caramel ice cream topping
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Place apples in baker; sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Top with 2 T. of topping; sprinkle with pecans
- Microwave on high 3-5 minutes.
