Baked Cabbage Slaw

Baked Cabbage Slaw


  • 4 cups coarsely shredded gr. cabbage
  • 1 can (16 oz.) cut gr. beans, drained
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 t. salt
  • ½ cup vinegar


  1. Heat oven - 325°.
  2. Combine all ingred. in ungreased 2 qt. cass.
  3. Cover & bake until cabbage is crisp tender & beans are hot, 50-60 minutes
