Baby Food Cake Recipe

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1¼ cup salad oil
- 3 [jars] baby food [1 each] applesauce, apricots & carrot
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Combine eggs, sugar & salad oil.
- Add baby food.
- Sift flour, cinnamon & baking soda & add to baby food mixture.
- Bake in 13x9x2" baking pan at 350° for 35 min.
- For frosting, combine margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar & vanilla.
- Frost cake when cool.
