As Good as Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 med. potatoes, [tubes]
- 1¼ cup water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 T parsley, chopped
- 3 dashes pepper sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1 t yellow mustard
- 2 t Dijon
- 2 t horseradish
- ¼ cup fat-free sour cream
Instructions
- Heavy saucepan, bring to boil, then simmer, crushing with masher while cooking until soft the potatoes, water, garlic, parsley, pepper sauce, and salt
- Mix the yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and sour cream
- Stir int the potato mixture
