Apricot Chicken

Apricot Chicken


  • 2 - 3 chicken filets, boneless
  • 1/2 jar Smucker Apricot Preserves
  • 1 tablesppon white vinegar
  • 1 tablesppon soy sauce


  1. 2 or 3 boneless chicken filets
  2. Mix together in seperate bowl. ½ jar of Smucker Apricot Preserves, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes uncovered.
