Apricot Baked Chicken Recipe

Apricot Baked Chicken

Apricot Baked Chicken

Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Inactive Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken, skinned

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 package dried onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup bottled Russian dressing
  • 1 cup apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Layer chicken in casserole dish
  2. Mix mayonnaise, dried onion soup mix, Russian dressing, and apricot jam to bowl and mix well until blended
  3. Pour mixture over the chicken
  4. Cover and bake at 350 until done, which about 1 1/2 hours
