Apple Cobbler

Apple Cobbler

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 4 cups apples, sliced
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup low fat Bisquick (made up as on package with sugar)


  1. In a saucepan mix the apples, sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, water, and cinnamon
  2. Spread filling in 9" x 9" pan
  3. Drop biscuit dough over the apple filling
  4. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
