Apple Cobbler Recipe

Apple Cobbler
Ingredients
- 4 cups apples, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup low fat Bisquick (made up as on package with sugar)
Instructions
- In a saucepan mix the apples, sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, water, and cinnamon
- Spread filling in 9" x 9" pan
- Drop biscuit dough over the apple filling
- Sprinkle the top with cinnamon
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
