Apple and Cabbage Salad
Yield: 6 - 8 servings

Apple and Cabbage Salad


  • 3 apples, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups raw cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup seedless raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper


  1. Wash apples and dice coarsely without paring
  2. Add lemon juice and toss
  3. Mix with raisins and shredded raw cabbage
  4. Add mayonnaise
  5. Add seasoning to taste
  6. Toss and serve at once
