7 Minute Fluff Frosting

7 Minute Fluff Frosting (VRP 005)

Prep Time: 7 minutes
Total Time: 7 minutes


  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon syrup
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Combine all ingredients except vanilla in Tap of Double Boiler
  2. Heat for 1 minute
  3. Place on boiling water
  4. Transfer to mixing bowl
  5. Add vanilla and heat for about 2 minutes or until spreading consistency
