7 Minute Fluff Frosting Recipe

7 Minute Fluff Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. syrup
- ⅓ cup cold water
- Salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla in large double boiler. Beat 1 min.
- Place ____ boiling water: Transfer to mixing bowl. Add vanilla and beat about 2 min or until spreading consistency.

7 Minute Fluff Frosting (VRP 005)
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon syrup
- 1/3 c cold water
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla in Tap of Double Boiler
- Heat for 1 minute
- Place on boiling water
- Transfer to mixing bowl
- Add vanilla and heat for about 2 minutes or until spreading consistency
